A powerful and mineral wine that preserves the authentic genetic code of sun, stone and ripe stone fruit in its purest form.
About the product
On the chessboard of winemaking, he would be the "White King," and Pošip holds that same stature at the table. Strong, opulent, and full of character; simultaneously mature and spirited. A true pride of the Dalmatian south, this indigenous gem carries within it the genetic code of the sun and stone from which it originates.
Nurtured exclusively in stainless steel, this Pošip remains true to its primal nature. The cold steel has preserved its authentic freshness and that recognizable straw-gold color with greenish reflections. There is no influence of wood to mask it here – this is Pošip in its purest form: dry, precise, and mineral.
Intense aromas of ripe fruit – apricots, peaches, nectarines, quince, and yellow pears – explode in the glass, accompanied by a discreet note of Mediterranean herbs and olive. These scents refract beautifully through fresh and juicy acidity within the full, powerful body of this wine. Although strong in alcohol, its drinkability is seductive. The taste of our Pošip lingers long after every sip, leaving a trail of saltiness and delight. Gastronomically versatile: it pairs perfectly with white and oily fish, pastas with creamy white sauces, mature cheeses, smoked white meat, and fruit salads.
Where the bora quietly shapes the vineyards and the sea brings its warmth, organic wines of strong character and pure minerality are born.
Grown with respect for the land and the rhythm of nature, every glass carries stone beneath the feet and salt in the air.
